Reset & Rebuild: Leading Teams Through Change (Pratt)
Periods of organizational change can leave teams feeling uncertain, disconnected, or fatigued. Supervisors play a vital role in helping staff reset expectations, rebuild connections, and move forward with confidence. Presented by Duke's Personal Assistance Service and co-hosted by Pratt's Office of Culture and Belonging, this session will be delivered to Pratt faculty and staff who lead or supervise teams. Participants will gain practical strategies to realign priorities, refocus energy, and strengthen collaboration so their teams can emerge from change more resilient, engaged, and united. This content will be delivered in a virtual interactive session-come prepared to discuss and engage!
