Effective mentoring of trainees and early career faculty is a professional responsibility, and the Office for Faculty is pleased to offer a mentor training program to help equip both novice and experienced mentors with tools and resources to improve mentor-mentee experiences. Fall 2025 Foundational Mentor Training Thursdays, November 6, 13, and 20; 3:00-5:00pm via Zoom This 3-part series covers topics such as: - Communication - Aligning Expectations - Assessing Understanding - Professional Development - Cultivating Ethical Behavior *These sessions are for research mentors in STEM fields
