Sexual and Gender Minority Health Symposium | March 21-22

Join the Duke Sexual and Gender Minority Health Program for this year’s Sexual and Gender Minority Health Symposium from March 21-22, 12-5pm EDT! The symposium’s theme this year is “Trans & Gender Diverse Policies, Care Practices, & Wellbeing”, which will bring experts from around the country to discuss topics such as: the intersection of race and trans & gender diverse identities in the US; current questions around teens transitioning; participation of trans & gender diverse persons in sports; effects of recent legislative decisions on the ability to receive gender affirming care; queer experiences of neurodivergence; aging as a trans & gender diverse person; and pushing the boundaries of SGM health.
