¡DALHE! is an employee resource group serving university-wide employees who identify as Latino/a/x/é or Hispanic. As an employee resource group (ERG), we recognize the importance of building bridges and relationships. Allies serve a critical role in ERGs to actively promote culture inclusion, make connections, and help build trust.
