Join us for a dynamic Virtual Cafecito with Magaly Guerrero serves as the ¡DALHE! Employee Resource Group Leader, where she champions inclusion and professional development across the Duke community. In her role as a clinical research leader at Duke University, she oversees a broad portfolio of federally, industry-, and foundation-sponsored clinical trials. With a Master's in Project Management and certification as a Clinical Research Professional (CCRP), she brings a strategic, systems-driven approach to advancing high-quality research. Magaly also serves as Vice-Chair of the Pelvic Floor Disorders Network Research Coordinators Committee and was recognized with the 2025 Robin Haff Research Award from the American Urogynecologic Society. A published contributor to urogynecology research and a validated Spanish medical translator, she leads and mentors a team of clinical research coordinators within her division.
