Communicating our Values

This session brings Duke's shared values to life through an honest, interactive exploration of communication, identity, and belonging in the workplace. Participants will reflect on how bias shows up in everyday interactions, explore how to respond thoughtfully, and leave with concrete commitments to carry their values into action.
