Arabic Calligraphy Workshop

Join us for a hands-on workshop, introducing participants to the rich traditions and techniques of Arabic calligraphy, a central art form in the Middle East that blends visual art, language, spirituality, and cultural expression. This session features a student-centered presentation on the history and artistic traditions of calligraphy, followed by guided practice of basic strokes. Participants will create a finished piece to take home. All materials are provided, including calligraphy markers, bamboo qalams, silk and ink dilution, and cardstock.
