Affirmative Action Programs, Equitable Hiring & Promotion Practices, and Data Evaluation

Prepares Duke's Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs) and Equal Employment Opportunity reports (EEOs), implements Duke’s policies on pay discrimination and prejudicial promotion practices. The team also performs investigations, analyzes federally internal EEO data, and provides consultation, education, and training.
